東京都品川区 池上線 荏原中延駅

とある昼下がり、池上線 荏原中延駅を降りる。
う〜ん変わっていない。
俺が子供の頃に既に古いと思った街並みは熟成され、あたかも昭和テーマパークだ【画像1️⃣参照】。
それも昭和30年代〜40年位か❓
殆どの人は荏原中延駅という駅は知らないだろうがラーメンオタクには有名な駅だ。
そう(多賀野)のある駅である。
本日レビューするOcaは多賀野の反対側に位置している。
(Oca)は俺の知人が贔屓にしている店でずっと気になっていた。
いよいよの来店となる。
こちらは店主はナポリで4年修行した本格派との事だ。
窯焼きピッツァリアは常に増えているイメージで、23区では小さな私鉄駅にも何軒もあるような状態だ。
しかしながら本場ナポリで修行しているピザ職人は多くない。
そういった意味でも期待だ。
歩くこと数分、店に到着【画像2️⃣参照】。
非常に個性的…である。
店主登場
メニューを渡される。
その中からクワトロフォルマッジを選択。
前菜がサーブされる。
生ハムがたっぷり。
ピザが焼き上がるまで生ハムをちびりちびり食べる。
ビールが欲しくなる…。
程なくしてクアトロフォルマッジか登場。
正円でないのがいかにも手作り、本場ぽい。
焼き立てはどうしたって美味いに決まってる。
チーズの風味も楽しめた。
う〜んビールが欲しい。
ピザを食べるとビールが恋しくなる。
次回は夜に来よう。
ワンオペの店主に挨拶をして帰途についた。
帰り道も勿論、レトロである。
