平日のランチで入店。いつも混んでいるイメージがありましたが、この時は待ち時間なしで着席。インパクトの強い見た目の店長さんのずっと声出しをしているのが目立ちますが、活気があって良いです。
注文は店長一押しだという土日スペシャル（並）1000円に背脂RED(+100円）を追加し、鶏肉飯(150円）も注文。
最初に出てきたのは鶏肉飯。大きな鶏肉がのっています。台湾の鶏肉飯とはちょっと違うけど、これはこれであり。
土日スペシャルはトッピング全部盛りに肉盛り。具の方が麺より多いくらいの見た目のラーメン。トッピングはチャーシュー、キャベツ、ほうれん草、海苔、チャーシュー、味玉と家系の定番に豚肉たくさん。ここに追加した背脂RED。
スープですが、すっきりした印象で飲みやすい家系って感じ。濃いめにしても良かったのかも。土日スペシャルはトッピングがとにかく多くてなかなか麺を探してくるのもちょっと大変ですが、キャベツ、豚肉が美味しく食べ進めるのも楽しい。味玉もしっかり半熟で美味しい。
トッピングやご飯類も色々とあったりと楽しめる家系のラーメン。また行ってみたい店です。
