最寄りは荏原中延か旗の台か、中原街道から少し入ったところにある目立たぬラーメン屋です。
このあたりはしょっちゅう来るのに何故気付かなかったのか…
推しの鶏塩ラーメン（690円）に味玉（110円）トッピングで注文。
見た目は地味な鶏塩ラーメンですが、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
無化調のスープはあっさりと思いきや、後からしっかりとした旨味が押し寄せてきます。
麺も細麺ながら粒々食感の存在感ある麺です。
器が真っ白で全く装飾なく、見た目のインパクトを消してしまってますがそれはそれでいいのかな…
改めていろんなラーメン屋の器を見返してしまいました。
