旗の台にあるコーナンで買い物を済ませてた時間がもう13時過ぎてしまっていて、近くで食べれるお店探して見つけたお店。
カウンターのみ。
ご夫妻でされているのかな？
ひと段落してゆっくりされていた様子。
台湾まぜそばを注文。相方は担々麺。
搾菜もネギも一緒に混ぜ混ぜ。
喉ごしよく、塩みも少なめで食べやすく旨い。
食べ終わりかけのいいタイミングでまぜそば用のご飯が出てきてさすがです！
