丁度ここの4周年ちょい前のタイミングで来たときの写真が全て消えてました^_^;
と言うことで又、訪れたのが日曜で何やら日祝はお得な日でラッキーです！
レモンサワー(400円全て税別)を呑みつつ、お得な串物6本セット(通常900→600円)を塩でと、もつ煮込み(小450円)と皮酢(530円)を頼みます。
前回は割とゆったりの平日でしたが、今日は奥のテーブル迄ほぼ一杯です。お隣りさんもボトル呑みの常連さんから、ふらっと来た女性一人客までいて気楽に入れる雰囲気です。
先に来たもつ煮込みは、小さめの器にタップリ入って刻み白葱が乗ってます。甘めの合わせ味噌に脂少なめのもつと野菜がとても柔らかくホッとする味付けです。
そして、皮酢はいわゆる鶏皮ポン酢！とても新鮮な皮に旨味があります。
今日は焼き場は忙しく少し待って6本セットが来ました。内容は…
軟骨>固くない軟骨と脂の乗ったお肉がジューシー。
ボンジリ>良い焼き加減で、外はほんのりパリッと中は柔らか。
つくね>サッパリ肉質に刻みネギや薬味が入って味付しっかり。
ねぎま>鶏多めのプリプリの大粒の肉は柔らか。
レバ>軽く火の入った、ミディアムレアは中はピンクです。
手羽>小振りですが遠火でじっくり焼いた、パリッじゅわっな美味しさ。
セットで人気の定番串が一通り味わえました！
ご夫婦二人三脚で、全く無駄のない動きとほど良い距離感の接客が心地よいです(^^)
