2017年6月27日、ひとりで初訪問。
訪問したのは、18時少し前でした。
先客は2組＋1名。
こちらのお店、3店舗ほど展開されているとのことで、店舗の造りや看板、メニューなどから、マスプロっぽさが滲んでいたので、今まで敬遠していましたが、今日は焼き鳥スイッチが入っていたので、予備知識なしで飛び込んでみました。
お通しは、鶏皮とピーマン炒め。
頂いたお料理は、
『牛もつ煮込み』(480円)…一番人気メニューとのことです。
これは、もつ煮込みというより、牛スジの味噌煮込みですね。
とろとろのスジと脂身が美味い。
串もの、
『もも』(130円)…濃い甘辛のタレで美味いです。
『レバー』(140円)…臭みも無く、新鮮です。
なんでも朝引きだとか。
『タルタルつくね』(210円)…変わりつくねで、初めて頂きましたが、甘辛のタレと自家製のタルタルソースのマッチングは◎
『信玄どりのささみ焼(山わさび)』(180円)…山わさびめちゃくちゃ利きます(涙)
信玄どりというと、我が地元の名店『うち田』さんを思い出されますが、こちらは少し火を通し過ぎかな。
もう少しレアだと無添信玄どりの良さが発揮されると思います。
『ぐるぐるソーセージ』(250円)…お遊びで頼んでみました(笑)
ペロペロキャンディーみたいで、なんか楽しい。
『イタリア』(290円)…名前に惹かれて、頼んでみました。
とろけるチーズをフライパンでカリカリに焼いただけですが、ワインやサワー系にはぴったりのつまみですね。
頂いた飲み物は、
『ハイサワー(セット)レモン』(440円)…:ビン系レトロ焼酎より。
『やかん(中)』(210円)…焼酎をやかんから注いで頂けるだけなんですが、遊び心が良いですね。
『角ハイボール』(380円)
軽く飲るつもりが、正直レベルが高いのにびっくり。
どれもこれも凄く美味しかったです。
チェーン店ぽい雰囲気だけで判断してはダメですね。
反省。

On May 8, 2020, I visited alone for the first time in a while. This is my favorite Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant, and it's located a short distance from Ebara-Nakanobu Station on the right. If you just look at the signboard, it looks like a typical chain Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but there aren't that many sister restaurants, so it looks more like an independent restaurant. Therefore, the level of cooking is quite high. A foodie friend who visited without any expectations was surprised. In short, it's a ``normally delicious Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant in town.'' Amidst the coronavirus outbreak, this restaurant, like many others, was closed to business, and the counters were separated into individual sections using wooden boards, in the Ichiran style. The appetizer (280 yen) was potato salad. The dish we received was ``Stewed Beef Offal'' (490 yen)...This is the most popular menu item. Made with red miso, it's more delicious than beef giblets. From Grilled skewer, ``Shingen chicken fillet grilled (mountain wasabi)'' (190 yen)...The light salt-grilled chicken fillet with the refreshing stimulation of mountain wasabi (horseradish) is irresistible. ``Bonjiri'' (150 yen)...with sauce. It's small, but plump and juicy. ``Negima'' (150 yen)...with sauce. There wasn't much volume, but it was carefully baked. `` chicken dish'' (210 yen)...The vertical skewers are interesting. ``Tartaru meatballs'' (230 yen)...I had it last time, but there's no way it was bad (lol) The tartare also seems to be homemade. ``Liver'' (150 yen)...It has little taste and goes well with the sweet sauce. ``Kawa'' (130 yen)...This also goes great with the sauce. delicious. Rather than rice, ``Yaki Onigiri (soy sauce)'' (240 yen each) is quite filling. Perfect for finishing. The drink I received was ``Lemon Sour'' (390 yen)...conch-like and slightly sweet. "High Spicy (Set) Super Spicy Ginger" (470 yen)...It wasn't very spicy. "Kettle (medium)" (230 yen) *All prices listed exclude tax. [This is amazing! ] Feel free to enter. [That would be nice...] Nothing in particular. Due to the coronavirus restrictions, the restaurant closes at 8pm (alcohol is only available until 7pm), and drinking alone inside the partition board at the counter can be quite lonely. You want to enjoy delicious Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and alcohol to your heart's content in an open atmosphere. I wish you the best. Thank you for the meal.
