東急池上線の荏原中延駅からすぐ近くのやきとり屋さん とり吉に行ってきました。
二軒目どうする？～ツマミのハナシ～の番組でTOKIOの松岡さん、博多大吉さんとゲストの足立梨花さんが訪れて、もつ煮込みととりわさを食べていた店です。
荏原中延は東急大井町線、都営浅草線の中延駅も近く、品川、五反田からもそう遠くなく、昨今人気の街。行列の中華そばの店多賀野もすぐ近くです。
いつも外に出ている築地直送朝引き鶏レバーの黄色い看板がずっと気になっていた店。
何度行っても、満席でなかなか入ることが出来ませんでしたが、行く度に今度また来てください、という店員さんの感じが良いので、いつかは行こうと思っていました。
先日、水曜日の早めの時間に行ってみたらぎりぎり入ることが出来ました。
店内は地元のお客さんが多い様子。カウンターには常連らしきひとり客も。明るい店内で、誰でも入りやすい店ですね。
まずは生ビール。普通の居酒屋っぽいドリンクメニューです。
生ビールとお通しのマカロニ。黒胡椒を効かせたコンビーフ入りのおやじのマカロニだそうですが、ビールにぴったりです。
一番人気の牛もつ煮込み。今までに食べた中でもかなり美味しいもつ煮込み。美味しいもつを使っているようで、上品な感じのもつ煮込み。煮込み具合もちょうど良いです。丁寧に作られているのがわかります。これだけでも当たりの店です。
築地直送、というか豊洲でしょうか、の朝引きした信玄どりのとりわさです。甘みさえ感じる鶏肉。
ここからは焼き物にします。レバーの塩とたれ。串物ものレベル高いです。
そしてとうもろこし。これはぱさっとしてちょっと残念。
皮とねぎまと砂肝。柔らかくてジューシーなお肉。丁寧に焼いてあり、串はハズレなしです。
ささみのしそ明太。ささみは特に信玄どりの美味しさが際立ちます。
焼き物の最後は月見つくね。
〆の一つ目はとり茶漬け。スープが美味しいです。完璧な〆。
最後の最後に焼きおにぎり。焼き鳥の焼き方が上手な店は焼きおにぎりも美味しいに決まってます。
これで1人3000円以下とCPも抜群です。何を食べても丁寧に調理してあるのがわかり、美味しく、大当たりの店でした。店員さんの感じの良い接客もあって、人気の理由もわかります。
