なるほど、赤身研究を名乗るのがわかります！
脂ののったお肉ももちろん美味しいけれど、赤身の旨味を知ると、さっぱりとした赤身が好きになって赤身しか食べなくなりましたが、ここは頭１つ出てる。
ユッケジャンクッパやサイドメニューも手がこんでいて、ただ焼くだけの焼肉屋さんではない。
私は好きです。
