It's a two-minute walk from Nakanobu Station, and can be found up a steep staircase. I took a seat at the counter and started off with a beer while looking at the handwritten menu. Everything here is delicious and wonderful. The boiled young bamboo shoots, firefly squid and avocado dressed in seaweed, are very spring-like dishes. The seared wagyu beef kainomi is exquisite when eaten with wasabi. The deep-fried tofu, deep-fried in the shop, was fluffy and piping hot, a dish I've rarely had before. After eating Nabeshima and Saku no Hana, I was feeling just right. It's been a while since I've been here, but I feel like the menu has been expanded. There are still many dishes I want to try.
