I went to this restaurant near the gym. The director of my regular doctor's office said that the stir-fried meat and vegetables set meal was delicious, so I tried it. It was edible, but I'm not sure if it was as good as they say it was. However, the proprietress seemed nice, and the prices were obviously cheap, so I'm sure it's a popular restaurant among the locals.
