お昼ごはん
■チキンカレー¥850（税込）
銀座は銀座でも、戸越銀座のほう。戸越銀座駅から歩いて5〜6分ほど、第二京浜沿いにあるカレースタンド『ストン』。店名は、“ストンと腑に落ちるカレー”が由来らしい。
店内は打ちっぱなしと木目を基調とした内装でカフェのような雰囲気。カウンターにはずらりとスパイスが並び、眼光鋭いマスターが出迎えてくれる。
4種類並ぶカレーメニュー、さらにコーヒーやスイーツ塁も。定番の「チキンカレー」を注文。

5分ほどで到着。カレーにサフランライス、角切り野菜のアチャール。とろっとしたルウは、大量の玉ねぎを使用しているのがわかる見た目。フルーティで優しいスパイスが後を引く美味しさ。ゴロッと入るチキンも食べ応えあり。ルウに載るパクチー、アチャールがいいアクセントに。
量的にやや物足りないものの、これくらいのが飽きずに最後まで食べられそう。11:00〜21:00までの通し営業も使いやすい、カレースタンドであった。
