国道から戸越銀座商店街に入ってすぐのところにあるラーメン屋さんで、ランチタイムには待つ行列ができていることもあります。
入口入ってすぐの食券自動販売機で先に買う方式ですが、コード系決済の場合は、スタッフに告げると席に案内されてからQRコードを持ってきてくれます。
お一人さまはカウンター、複数名はテーブル席に案内されます。意外なことに平日ランチでも若いカップルが多いです。
で、スタッフに辛味噌つけ麺＠800円をオーダーして決済します。
で、ランチタイムの割に待たされて、着丼…いつの間にか魚介系つけ麺に変身していましたが、まあいいでしょう。
オーダーミスに気が付いた店主が作り直すと言うのですが、もったいないので固辞して魚介系つけ麺をいただきます。
ノーマルですが、トッピングがすごいですね。チャーシュー、鶏だんご、メンマ、海苔ですから何の不満もありません。麺も良き良きですし、魚介系スープもOKです。スープ割が美味しくて飲み干すところでした。
次回は、違うメニューを食べようという気になる良いお店でした。
