The owner, who had trained at Menya Takeichi, was allowed to go independent and opened this sister restaurant in Togoshi Ginza.
[3 minutes walk from Togoshi Ginza] As a sister store of a popular ramen shop that is leading the chicken paitan boom, offering "rich chicken paitan soup" made by simmering fresh chicken until it beco |
This is my second visit. It's located a short walk from Togoshi Ginza Station, across the national highway. I chose the Chinese noodles. It has a mild taste but a strong, rich flavor. The chopped onions add texture. The noodles are thin and just the right firmness. The boiled eggs are also delicious, such as Okukuji eggs. The prices are reasonable and you can choose the number Gyoza / Dumpling you want, rather than a flat rate. The draft beer is cheap, so you can still eat a lot even if you're out drinking and eating. It's a mild taste that makes me drink the soup, which is unusual for me.
