週末のお昼に利用
戸越銀座商店街、食べ歩きのイメージがあったんですが前よりそのお店が減ったのか惹かれるところが少なく散策も終わりに近づいたところで発見したのがこちら
テイクアウトと店内利用が混ざり合い食券を買うのにも列があり、店内利用は待つかもとお店の方にも言われましたが意外と15分くらいで入店
注文したのは
小むすびセット
・明太クリームチーズ
・焦がし醤油鶏
なめこ汁変更
小むすびでコンビニのおにぎりくらいのサイズあります
おにぎりにするとお茶碗もりっとがひとつ分くらいなので女性は注意
セットには唐揚げ、煮卵とお漬物がついてるのが嬉しいですね
おにぎりはカウンターから制作工程も見えましたが
手で包まない、型に成形してふわっとまとめるくらい
その加減でお米がふわっふわ
自分でもまとめないとこぼれ落ちます
具ももちろん美味しい〜
唐揚げもおにぎりにぴったりな味、
商店街食べ歩きするつもりがこちらで満足してしまいました
