すっかり寒い季節になったので迷うことなくもつ鍋を頂いたのだが、味には迷う。一般的なのが醤油味だというのは無論知っているし、ここでも食べたことがある。なので今回は塩味を試してみた。
にらやニンニクは同じように入っている(つゆ以外は全部同じに見える)し、もつ自体もきっと新鮮だろうから塩味でも臭みなどは一切なく、美味い。塩味に特に合いそうだと思って追加したとろろも美味い。敢えて醤油味以外も提供しているだけのことはあるのだなぁ。次回は味噌味を試しますよ。
