最寄り駅は荏原中延です。徒歩4分というところ。商店街のメイン通りに面しています。
いただきましたのは
灼熱の担々麺 初級 850円
麺はひらたく、もちっとしたもの。スープはジーマージャンを多くしたこってり派。
暑くて、汁なしにするべきでした。スープはことのほか甘く感じます。
香港で食べた、担々麺に似てますが、あと一歩おいしくなるのでは。
基本的にカウンターだけの店ですが、壁一面が白いタイル仕上げなので
病院で食事をしているような、白い空間です。
