荏原中延はスキップロードの三陽楼さん。シンプルで少しおしゃれ？なラーメン屋さん。こんなお店あったっけと思いながら、ちょうどお昼時だったので入りました。
何度も試作を重ねたこだわりの汁なし担々麺というものに惹かれて入ったのに、発券機の前に立つと違うものを頼んでしまうという。代表メニューの担々麺初級に辛味ネギをトッピング。
待っている間に説明書を読むと、昭和6年創業の中華料理屋3代目がラーメン屋としてリニューアル、移転をしたらしい…。そういえば、もっと駅の方にあった店か？
担々麺の初級はそんなに辛くなく、むしろ甘味が強い。結構美味しく好みかも。鶏白湯や芝麻醬にもこだわりがあるようで濃厚で美味しいです。この甘味なら中級以上がバランスよさそう。
辛味ネギは別皿山盛り。多すぎ、と思いましたが担々麺にピッタリでちょうどよかった。やめよう、やめようと思ってもスープが美味しく止まらない。
お隣の水餃子も美味しそう。こんどは汁なし担々麺か、担々麺中級を食べてみたいと思います。
