久しぶりに安安。以前行ったのはもう15年くらい前だっけ。ライバル焼肉チェーンがこの15年激増する中、店舗数を減らすこともなく頑張っています。驚くのは値段が昔と変わっていないのに、各テーブルに炭の七輪と無煙ロースター、料理はちゃんと美味しい。激安居酒屋の粗悪なそれとは違い、どうやったらこの値段でお店が運営できるんだと思うくらい。
店内は配膳ロボットが駆け回り、フロアスタッフはほぼ満員なのに女性2名。でもちゃんと網交換やお酒の配膳は滞りなくやってくれる。素晴らしい効率化とサービス品質。
メニューは絞られているもののこれだけあれば十二分。お一人様も結構いました。
壺漬けハラミが美味しかったです。あとソフトドリンクはドリンクバーでコーヒーも飲めるのがポイント高し。
