品川区旗の台駅前にある「チリング コーヒー＆ベイク」は、ベーカリー勤務生かして、バリスタの弟と一緒に開いた店舗面積は9坪、席数は5席という小さいお店で、店の内装は海外のビンテージカフェをイメージし、ドアやランプはビンテージの輸入品を使っているそうです。
メニューは、飲み物がブレンドコーヒー類、スイーツは看板メニューの「キャロットケーキ」（500円）や手作りのケーキや焼き菓子をそろえています。
昼過ぎに訪れて注文したのは
ドリップ珈琲 ４００円（ブレンド珈琲）
エッグタルト ３００円（パイ生地のエッグタルト）
普通に美味しかったです。
焼き菓子は「ピーナッツバタークッキー」「チョコチップクッキー」（以上250円）、「エッグタルト」（300円）、「バナナブレッド」（350円）、「ベリーとクランブル」（400円）、「モカクリームチーズ」「瀬戸内レモンとマスカルポネ」（以上450円）、「NYチーズケーキ」（500円）、「アップルクランブルパイ」（550円）、店内限定メニューの「自家製カスタードプリン」（550円）などがそろえられています。
コーヒーは、「エスプレッソ」（200円）、「マキアート」（300円）、「アメリカーノ」（400円）、「カフェ・ラテ」（450円）、「カフェ・モカ」（500円）、「ドリップコーヒー」「水出しアイスコーヒー」（以上400円）、「ハンドドリップコーヒー」（600円）などです。
