旗の台にオープンするのを心待ちにしながらも、都合が合わずなかなか行けなかったかもすやさんに念願の初訪。
1時間2千円で日本酒飲み放題スタイルは、セルフなのでとりあえずちょっとついで味見して好みのお酒ならしっかり注いで味わうとかできていいです。
1時間利用しましたが、ちょうどスタートから1時間位のタイミングで、もうお時間なので最後に1杯注ぐか30分単位で延長できます、という選択肢ありました。
お酒も色々試せていい上に、お料理が総じて美味しかったです。写真はお酒飲むのに夢中で取り忘れましたが、居酒屋というよりは小料理屋のクオリティでした。絶対また行きます。
