An Indian Cuisine has opened in the Nakanobu Ekimae Shopping Arcade on the Oimachi Line. It's located in the middle of the arcade. It's about 3 minutes from the station. I visited on a Saturday afternoon. A friendly staff member was our guide. I think he was the owner. We decided to sit where we could see the TV. An Indian music video was playing. The lunch menu was Indian Curry and Thai Cuisine. We ordered the spicy mutton curry lunch set. For the after-meal drink, we were given hot coffee, a towel, and cold water, along with some shrimp crackers for some reason. While we were waiting and eating the shrimp crackers, the salad and soup were served first, followed immediately by the curry and naan. The curry was a little thick, a taste that Japanese people would like. We ordered spicy, which was just a little spicy. The portion was generous and had a decent amount of meat. The naan was super big. When we tried it, it was just a thin, regular naan. We could have a refill of naan. We asked for a smaller one and they accommodated. We finished with a coffee after the meal. They also made us a points card. Next time we'll try the extra spicy version.
