西馬込駅のすぐ近くにあるパティスリー。
訪問のタイミングは休日の15時前後で、少し品揃えが少なめだったかな。
日経新聞プラスの何でもランキングで、1位に選ばれたというチーズケーキのヴァッシュも売り切れでした。
今回は以下2品を購入。

【ペーシュ・メルバ】
新作の札がかかっていました。
白桃のコンポートに苺のムース、生クリーム、底面にカスタードと薄めのスポンジ。
白桃のコンポートの上品な甘さに、それぞれの層の味わいが重なってとても美味しい！
酸味はあまり感じず、バランスがよく食感も滑らか。
【サヴァラン】
オレンジ風味にアルコールがしっかり効いたシロップひたひたのブリオッシュ生地の上に、バニラビーンズ入りのぽってりとした固めのクリーム。
お酒が結構強めなので、子供向きではなく大人の夜のデザートという感じ。
