以前から気になっていたお寿司屋さん。タイミングを見計らって訪問。高級感溢れる内装が素敵です。
今回は《ランチおまかせ握り/1,980円税込》をオーダー。
マグロ、カンパチ等は熟成させていたり、いわしは炙りだったりと、贅沢なラインナップではないけれど、ひと工夫をして美味しさアップしていらっしゃる！
聞こえてくる会話の中で、今回はノドグロで味噌汁の出汁をとった〜と言っていて、やはり味噌汁も激ウマでした！
次回は2,000円超えランチになるけれど、極上、特上の握りもいただきに参ります。また行きます！
