平日のランチに訪問。
オープンキッチンで幅広めのカウンターのみで7席程度の小さなお店。
ランチはパスタのみですが、種類は豊富です。
気になったペコリーノチーズと黒胡椒、オリーブオイルのパスタ(1200円)を注文。
いわゆるカチョエペペでしょうか。

では頂きます。
具は玉ねぎとチーズのみとシンプルなパスタですが、それだけに自信がないと出せないのではないか、と思います。
その点でこちらのパスタは、ピッタリの塩加減に、絶妙なアルデンテの茹で具合で、美味しい。
黒胡椒の存在感が際立ち、ペコリーノチーズが溶け出していくとコクが加わる。
サラダもドレッシングではなく、オリーブオイルと塩とシンプル。
それが美味しい。
