平日の17時55分に入店、先客は3組。店主さんのワンオペで超忙しそう(･_･; 半チャーハンラーメン830円を注文しました。まだまだ各テーブルに料理が行き渡っていない。
僕の注文を作り始めたのは20分後、先客の少年が同じ注文だったようで、まとめて調理されます。チャーハンを少量のご飯で作り始めたと思ったらでっかい鍋から作り置きのチャーハンを追加投入。おいおい、こんなのがまいうな訳ないじゃんと思いながら鑑賞していました。注文してから25分で提供、先客の少年が僕の心の声を代弁してました。「半チャーハンってこんなに少ないの？」
いただきます。まずは気になる半チャーハン、あれ？パラパラしていて旨味がしっかりあってまいうなんですけど(ﾟoﾟ;; あの追加投入は全く影響していないまいうチャーハンでした。だからこそ量が少ないのは残念です(>_<)
ラーメンはシンプルなモノです。ツルツル中華麺にあっさり醤油&鶏がらスープでノスタルジックなラーメンでした。豚さんははっきり言ってまいうでは無い。しかし周りがカバーしてなんとかなってるって感じ。
胡椒とラー油を加えて後半戦。チャーハンもラーメンも味が引き締まりまいうに完食できました^ ^
良かったところは盛り付けにとても店主さんが気にかけていて、箸で微調整してました。料理への愛情を感じました。でもやっぱり待たせすぎ(-｡-;
