支那そばといった趣きの拉麺。
炒飯は半分サイズではないですよね。
たとしたら、サイズ感は胃が小さく
なった拙方きっと少めかと思います。
お味も、本当にTraditionalです。
けして悪い意味で申してる意味合いは
無いのですが、
凡庸の域から出ない
一片の特徴もない
取るに足らない
町中華、の筈なのに、お客様は
引っ切り無しに入って来られます。
兎に角もうそれは酷い程冷気の効かない
エアコンで、汗だくだくで麺を啜り、
汁を飲み、炒め物を頬張り、皆々さま
満面の笑みを湛え、お店を後にします。
ご店主のお二人も、満面の笑みと大きな
声で御礼をされるのです。
