長らく焼きたてのフランスパンなどハード系のパン屋不毛の地だった西馬込に、初めてできたブーランジェリーです。
確かもう7、8年たつでしょうか。少し前には国道沿いにもう一軒できて（ichi）バリエーションが拡がり、嬉しい限りですが。
なにより嬉しいのは、しっかりしたライ麦パンやプレッツェルなどドイツパンも揃うことです。
わざわざ銀座や渋谷に出ずともいつでも手に入るという安心感。
それに、ちゃんと美味しいです。
ただ、日本人の庶民の口に合うようにしているためか、パンチが緩めなのは惜しいところ。
全体的にもこんな住宅街にあって健闘しているとはいえますが、あと一歩、高感度な印象があればなぁ・・・。
（それは後発のichiさんに持っていかれた感じです。）
一見自由が丘か恵比寿のお洒落こだわりショップに見え、中に入ると案外普通の昔ながらの町のパン屋風なので肩をすかされ、
食べてみるとまた案外本格的、という、こちらの予想を何度も裏切る不思議なお店です。
これからも長く地元でかんばって下さ～い。
