西馬込駅、国道からちょっと入った小さなお店。
素朴で、でも可愛らしい外観。
街のパン屋さん、という雰囲気ですが、デニッシュ類には１００％発酵バターを使ったり、フランスパン系やドイツパンもいろいろ作っていたり、
なかなかこだわりのあるお店です。
クロワッサンは香ばしく、軽い感じですがバターの風味も良く美味。
リュスティックなどハード系の小型パンは、やや粉の風味がよわく、ちょっと軽すぎる印象かな。
価格は比較的お手頃なのは嬉しい。
近くにある人気店より、ちょっと地味な存在ですが、地道にがんばっている感じ、なかなかいい印象。
次は、バゲットナチュール、ライ麦パン、クロワッサン・オ・ザマンド などもいただいてみたいです。
