こちらはクリスマスの２５日に西馬込に開店した豚しゃぶとお蕎麦のお店です。写真では分かりませんが、お店の店先に蕎麦打ち用の小部屋が設えてあったりして本格的なので、お昼を食べていくことにしました。日曜日の１２時少し過ぎに伺いましたら、ほぼ満席状態でした。
お店に入ると蕎麦打ち用の小部屋のガラスに「本日は常陸の秋そばです」と書いてありましたので、ランチせいろ(５００円)と本日の本日のミニ丼(炊き込みごはん ４５０円)を注文しました。料理は約５分で出てきました。
お蕎麦は細身で一番粉を使用しているような食感でした。つゆも若干甘めながら、美味しかったです。残念なのはその徳利に入って出てきたつゆが少ないこととそば湯が薄いことでした。また、炊き込みご飯はかなりの薄味なのでお蕎麦をおかずに頂きました。
夜のやまと豚しゃぶしゃぶセットは一人前 １５８０円でそばつゆ仕立てだそうです。機会があれば夜にもお邪魔してみたいです。
