かき揚げ天ぷらそば ４６０円 そば太田（西馬込）
そば太田ってくらいだからそばを注文。
関西つゆか関東つゆを選べる。
関西つゆは透明度高いつゆも、昆布だしが利いているわけではなかった。
かき揚げは白っぽくて大きく、あまり美味しそうには見えなかったが
食べてみると悪くはなかった。
なにより油切れが良い。
そばは袋麺か、独特の弾力があり印象的だった。
そばの量もしっかりあるし、つゆは選べるし、かき揚げ天ぷらは油切れいいし、
これなら昼がずれた時間でもお客さんがどんどん来るわけだ。
立ち食いそばやのつもりで待っていたら、だいぶ待たされた印象になってしまうのは注意だ。
