ファスト系蕎麦店ではちょっと変わったホールレイアウト。
都営浅草線「西馬込駅」南口、第二京浜国道を挟んで目の前。
『そば太田』
食券を購入し奥の調理場でお店の人へ手渡し。
番号プラを渡され2階の窓際カウンター席へ。
テーブル席あり、1階にもカウンター席あり。
配膳はお店の人、下げはセルフで1階返却口へ。
プラ系の丼ぶりで。
■冷やしたぬきそば 420円
■大盛り 130円
カリカリの天かすがたっぷり。
長ねぎ、わかめ、白胡麻。
円柱状に盛られた太めの蕎麦。
ぼそぼそした食感、風味は特にこれといって。
つゆは醤油味強め、やや甘め。
ぐるぐると天地返しし、途中で山葵をといて。
大盛りとはいえ、なかなか食べ応えのある量でした。
食後もまったりしているお客さんが多かったです。
