12：30頃の入店でしたが、並ぶことなく着席できました。暑い中外で並ぶのはとても辛いので良かったです。
知らずに入りましが、坦々麺の有名店で東京ラーメンショーなるもので準優勝したお店のようです。
何も知らずに暑いから背脂煮干中華そばを注文。
着丼されたラーメンはシンプルでネギとチャーシューにメンマのみ。麺は細麺のほどよいちぢれ具合です。
背脂は臭みもなくまろやかで良い感じに香りを演出。煮干を邪魔することなくコクを与えてくれてます。自分はギスギスの豚骨よりもこういうラーメンの方が好きだなーと再認識しました。
但しお隣に座って食べている坦々麺もなかなか美味そう！次回は坦々麺を食べたい！
店員さんの接客も良くとても心地良く食事を楽しんできました。
