学研通り沿いにあるテイクアウト専門の焼鳥屋さんです
恐らく本業は卸だと思います
店舗を構えていますが焼置きの屋台スタイル
ガスで焼き、タレ塩２種類
注文したものを焼き直したりはせずにそのままパッケージ
そのままレンジで温められる包装技術に感動しました
串より美味しかったのが唐揚げ
価格帯は居酒屋と同価格
衣の食感が残るように工夫されていました
味も良くしみていて肉の味もする美味しい唐揚げ
やはりテイクアウトとしては「焼」よりも「揚」の方が品質が高いですね
ネギの代わりにニンニクが挟んであるモモ肉
ぼんじり、皮
スーパーやコンビニなどの惣菜よりもクオリティは高いですが、焼かれた鶏と言うより火の入っている鶏という感じ
テイクアウトの難しさを感じずにはいられなかった
町の人が晩御飯のおかずを求め買いに来る様は古き良き時代を思わせ、温かい気持ちになれました
