上池台に構えるテイクアウト専門の焼き鳥屋、【鳥安】に訪問しました。
本業は生鶏肉の販売で焼き鳥の販売は16時から。15時頃お店の前を通るとひたすら焼いている光景を目にします。16時過ぎに行くといつも大行列。
19時少し前に到着すると売り切れ続出でショーケースは清掃され、台の上に残った焼き鳥が並びます。
本日は骨付きモモの照り焼き、ねぎま、皮、つくねを購入しました。焼き鳥は1本80円から110円と店名の通り激安価格。生肉から焼いているので鮮度は抜群。このお値段このクォリティはお買い得です。タレは甘さ控えめでサラサラタイプ。小袋も付けてもらえます。
