A French cuisine Restaurants that opened in May of this year. I was invited by a food friend to visit. It has a warm, homey atmosphere like a cute cafe. The chef is from TSU, SHI, and MI. The wife will be in charge of the service. We have prepared a full course dinner (10,000 yen + tax). Accompanied by frozen oolong tea and Sanpegrino. The dishes we received are as follows. ◇Amuse ``Jerusalem Potato Akaza Shrimp'' Wrap the shrimp in sliced Jerusalem artichoke. Top with Americana sauce. ◇Appetizer 1 ``Cauliflower Scallops'' White, purple, and orange cauliflower and Romanesque. Cook each one in a variety of ways.
