大田区に引っ越して1年の記念に、開店して1周年を迎えようというこちらに友人夫妻とお邪魔しました。果たして、事前の情報からかなり大きな期待をしていたさらに上をゆく、何とも贅沢なランチとなりました。
メニューは4人とも特に➕アルファを付けずに税込7,700円のコースを頂きましたが、「春の輝き」と名付けられた前菜がまず素晴らしかった。
ジャガイモとマリネした平目、菜の花に赤水菜がタワーのように重なり、もうこれだけで「本格フレンチ」そのもの。酸味が爽やかなさっぱりした味付けに野菜のピュレのようなソースも付いて、こちらもフレンチの文法通り。
魚料理は金目鯛にグリーン・アスパラを3種の味付けで添えてあり、正に旬の一皿。
肉料理は脂側をパリッと仕上げた鴨に新玉ねぎと山菜を合わせて食べ応え十分。特に新玉ねぎは、鶏のパテを丁寧に詰め込んで油で揚げたコロッケ状のものをスライスしてあり、ピュレと合わせてこれだけで温かい前菜として成立しそうな驚きの一品でした。
ワインのセレクションはフレンチに加えて日本のワインを数多く揃えており、選び甲斐あり。
予約状況によってはバー利用も可能とのことで、家からもう少し近ければふらっと立ち寄りたい居心地の良い場所だと思います。
