安くはありませんが肉のクオリティとのバランスを考えると納得です。
希少部位も味わえ、肉を知り尽くした店主があらゆる食べ方の提案をしてくれます。
この日はにんにくをおろしたしょうゆのタレを中心に赤身のお肉をいただきました。
カルビのような脂たっぷりの肉は加齢とともに敬遠がちになるなかで赤身部位だけで7〜8種類の赤身部位をチョイスできるのは嬉しいです。
昔は平日の予約合戦はそこまで競争激しくありませんでしたが、最近は平日の予約を取るのも困難で、この日も平日ながら17時スタートの席を2時間確保するのがやっとです。
壁には有名人のサインがいっぱい。
この日も一時代を築いた某プロゴルファーと
元プロ野球選手がテーブルをともにしているのを見かけました。
今度は早めに予約して伺います。
