2013.3.30 Visited with my son. It's still crowded as usual. I'm glad we made a reservation. This time, I was impressed by the manager's (leader's) service and attention to detail. Even in a crowded store, he was attentive to customers, smiled, and responded... I was impressed. I enjoyed a meal with my son. This time, we ordered the limited-edition Sweets. It was spring-like and good. Yukhoe... it's gone... too bad. Please bring it back (^-^) Thank you for the meal. ************************************************************************************************************ 2013.2.2 (Visited several times) It's been a while since I've had a craving for some hearty Yakiniku (Grilled meat), so I came here. I made a reservation, and they contacted me on my mobile when the restaurant opens. I'm local, so I went by bicycle. This time, I saw the website and was interested in the "Pot Hormone" so I ordered it. When you open the pot, you'll find a long piece of hormone inside. You put it on a wire rack and cut it while it's being grilled. The taste is average. It seems like it's been aged and soft because it's in a pot, but...?! Honestly, I don't know. You can enjoy the performance of cutting the long horumon. (You cut it yourself though) ・Gyukaku Kimchi Set. It's delicious. The vegetables are crisp and the spiciness is just right, so it's perfect as a palate cleanser. ・Addictive cabbage, the dressing is delicious after all. I use it at home too. ・Yukke, it's been a while since I've had it. (I ate it before I took the picture...) I lightly mix it with shredded cucumber and quail eggs and eat it. Of course, with red wine. Wine goes well with it. As expected, it goes well with red meat. There are few types of wine... What a shame. I ordered various meats, but the Wagyu beef was the most delicious. Personally, I liked the diced meat the best, so I ordered it again. This time for dessert, ・Gyukaku Matcha Ice Cream. I usually choose vanilla Gyukaku ice cream, but vanilla goes better with kinako and black honey. I'm full. Thank you for the meal.
