食べログ検索して気になっていたお店へ
平日オープン直後の一番乗り
こじんまりした店内は、4人用テーブルが6つ
暑い日なので冷たいお蕎麦も気になったが

お蕎麦屋さんにしては中華メニューが豊富
お汁多め出来ますか？と確認すると
もともと、並々入ってますよ～
丼ぶりにたっぷりのお汁
チャーシュー、ナルト、メンマ、ワカメ
お蕎麦屋さんらしい煮干し感じるスッキリ味
縮れた麺は、スルスルと喉越しがイイ
お蕎麦は毎日手作り、中華麺も自家製とのこと
チャーシューは、もう少し脂のある
柔らかいタイプが好みだったけど
スープが優しい美味しいラーメン
滞在中、次々と来るお客さん
ご近所にお勤めらしき方が多い
人気は丼セット、かなりボリュームがあり私好み
家族経営のようで
注文は女将さん、丼の提供はお父さん
お会計は息子さんだったのかなぁ？
