ランチセットはボリュームあり、サルシッチャのピッツァが美味しい

週末のランチに訪問。

大会で日本一となったピッツァ職人がいらっしゃるということで、地域で人気のお店。
ランチはサラダ、ピッツァ、ドリンクのAセット(1485円)とそれに前菜盛り合わせとデザートが付くランチのBセット(2310円)があります。
Bセット2名分にして、本日のピッツァとサルシッチャをチョイス。

【サラダと前菜盛り合わせ】
前菜はイカのマリネ、たらのブランダード、生ハムの3種類。
ブランダードはイタリアンというよりフランス料理なイメージですが、たらとじゃがいものペーストでワインに合いそうなお味でした。
サラダは野菜たっぷり、にんじんのドレッシングがちょうど良い酸味で美味しい。
【ピッツァサルシッチャ】
ハーブやスパイスの効いたサルシッチャがゴロゴロと入ったトマトソースなしのピッツァ。
このサルシッチャの味付けが美味しい！
一緒に入っている青菜は何かと思ったら、フリアリエッリというカブの菜の花で、ナポリピッツァでは定番の組み合わせとのこと。
【本日のピッツァ】
マルゲリータに生ハムを乗せて焼いたピッツァ。
もっちりとした生地に、割としっかり酸味の効いたトマトソースと生ハムの塩気が相性良いですね。
【デザート】
ブラッドオレンジのジュレにバニラアイスクリームを乗せて。
ジュレはプルッとした弾力があり、酸っぱすぎず爽やか、ピッツァの締めに良いデザートでした。

【サラダと前菜盛り合わせ】
こちらの前菜盛り合わせは量が多くてクオリティも高く、美味しいです。
本日は蓮根のアラビアータ、自家製ポテトサラダ、生ハムの3種類。
蓮根は厚切りでシャクシャクとした小気味良い歯ざわりでピリッとくる唐辛子がアクセント。
自家製ポテトサラダは、新じゃがを皮ごと潰している感じで旨みのある味付けで真似したくなります。
サラダは野菜たっぷり、にんじんのドレッシングがちょうど良い酸味で美味しい。
【マルゲリータ】
生地はもちっとしていて適度な塩気。
モッツァレラが結構たくさん乗っており、バジルとトマトソースのバランスも良く美味しいマルゲリータです。
【本日のピッツァ】
少し辛口のサラミに新玉ねぎのシャキシャキ感がアクセントのピッツァ。
サラミが引かず出すぎずの良い具合の存在感。
【デザート】
この日はチョコレートブラウニーのバニラアイスクリーム乗せ。
分かりやすい味わいですが、チョコレート好きには嬉しい。
