暑い休日、もう歩けないと思って入った蕎麦屋さん、わずか8席の小さな蕎麦屋。というか、夜の割烹・居酒屋的な使い方がメインでしょうか。
せいろそばがランチタイムは800円、大盛りにして1,000円。グラム単位でそばの重量を量り、一人分を茹でて洗って盛って・・・なんと丁重な仕事。二人で行っていたので出てくるのは時間差になりましたが、いや、もう、十分です。これで8席以上あったら、店が回らないと思いました。
味はもちろん美味しいです。凜としたそばに、グッとくる返し。わさびもギリギリまですらないで、風味が最高。
夜に来てみたいです、きっと、そちらが本当の姿なのだと思いました。
