場所 東京都大田区 長原駅

東急池上線 長原駅至近にある窯焼きピッツァリア。
2022年創業。
雰囲気が良いので食べログでも評価が上がるかと思いっていたが一向に上がらない。
現在、食べログ3.01(2024年5月)となっておりコンビニにも負けている。
というわけで微力ながら俺がレビューをして応援してみる。
いつもお世話になっているし…。
ランチピザは3種類から選べる。
オーダーは本日のピザよりジェノベーゼ、アスパラ、ベーコン 1080円❗️
＋100円でドリンク、＋200円でドリンクとサラダを追加出来る。
ジェノベーゼは見たまんまバジル系のソース。
俺は大田区、目黒区、品川区でよくピザを食べるがランチでジェノベーゼのピザが食べれる店は少ない(もしかすると結構あるのかも…)。
初めからジェノベーゼはラインナップされていない店も多数ある。
そういった意味では、この店は貴重だ。
待つ事、5分。
バジルの香りと共に熱々のピザがサーブされる。
トッピングはベーコンとアスパラ。
(アスパラのベーコン巻き)というレシピがある位なのでお互いは相性は抜群だ。
適度なパリパリ感がある生地も良い感じである。
あっという間に完食。
ジェノベーゼ…イイね⭐️
小さな店でランチ帯は混み合うので時間に余裕を持って行きましょう。
