大将お一人で握っておられますが、コースでお願いするとテンポ良く提供してくださいます。
著名人も来られたり、地元の常連風なお客さんもいますが、客層としては皆様落ち着かれた雰囲気で、かと言って肩肘張るようなお店ではありません。
お鮨もすべて間違いのない仕事で美味しいです。お鮨の前に出してくださる、先付けや小鉢などの小料理も気の利いたものが多いです。
