I entered the restaurant at 12 noon when it opened on a weekday, and was the first one there♪ It's a high-end sushi Sushi with only counter seats, but you can eat a little cheaper at lunch ^ ^ I ordered the lunch selection Bara Sushi for 1,650 yen. Today's Small dish is some kind of clam. The chef arranges all the bara Sushi with his bare hands. As expected, with great skill, it was served in 4 minutes! Let's eat. The whitebait and salmon roe sparkle and whet the appetite. There is a wide variety of ingredients, and the bottom layer is dotted with fish, conger eel, squid, etc. I was super happy to find three pieces of my favorite shellfish in between the rolled omelet! Everything is delicious, and the ingredients make up a larger proportion of the rice. It's more voluminous than it looks, so I think 1,650 yen is a bargain? The bara Sushi is tasty and great value for money ^o^ It's seasoned with a sweet sauce, but the vinegar in the rice is just right and it's super delicious♪ Small dish of clams and leafy vegetables has a simple salty taste, but is an elegant and flavorful dish ^ ^ The red miso soup has a nice firm texture to it, with swirled gluten. It's a strong flavor, but the bara Sushi is light, so it's well balanced. Maybe because we were able to enjoy it stress-free in a reserved setting, this was the best sushi Sushi I've ever been to. I don't go to eat Sushi at the counter that often, so it's not that convincing (-｡-; The tea I had at the beginning was still hot, and it was strong green tea. It was just the right amount to finish off the meal, and left my mouth feeling refreshed ^o^ It's been a while since I've had such a luxurious lunch during my break at work ^ ^ I think I was able to move around better than usual in the afternoon (^◇^;) Thank you for the meal (o^^o)♪
