ハッピーロード尾山台からすこし逸れたところにあります。
”尾山台ロール”など、地元に愛されるケーキ屋さん♪
栗のロールケーキ、トリコロール、フルーツのタルトをいただきました。
スポンジ、クリームも自然な感じでおいしいです。
でもタルトが風味のいいしっかりとしたもので、カスタードもマッチしていて、いちばんすきでした。
あとはパンと並んでいたアップルパイもいただきましたが、おいしかったー！
原材料も自然なもので、中のリンゴもスライスしたものと煮詰めたものが程よく、
甘すぎずリンゴ本来の味も感じられました。
パイはすこし甘めですが、さくっと軽く中身とのバランスはグッドです◎
