今回は別のパティスリーへ『crayon』。
オーソドックスなガトーがシンプルな装いで並ぶお店
「ショートケーキ」
美しく塗られたクレームシャンティイ
卵の味わいがくるビスキュイです。
「レアチーズケーキ」
今回の三種では一番のお気に入り。
甘味とくちどけのバランスがベストな状態だと思います。
濃厚といえる味わいではないでしょうか。
「和栗のモンブラン」
宮崎産の和栗を使用されているそう
トップのクレームオゥマロンは、
栗の含有量が多いのかしっかりした食感です。
内側には軽いビスキュイと
マロンのダイスを有したクレームシャンティイ。
最下段にはクレームパティシエールが入ってました。
