お昼ごはん
■海鮮スンドゥブ¥1,890（税込）
自由が丘にあるはスンドゥブ専門店『コチュ』。最寄りは、九品仏駅ですが自由が丘からも十分徒歩圏内。歩いて7〜8分。隣には姉妹店である焼肉店『ウチュ』があります。平日の13:40頃に訪問。店内はすぐに満席に。
メニューは、全部で10種類。「ミックス」を除いてすべて税込¥1890。「海鮮スンドゥブ」を注文。お米は、白ごはんとプラス¥300で雑穀米にも変更可。今回は、白ごはんでお願いした。
当店はL.A.スタイルのスンドゥブ専門店を標榜。L.A.スタイルとは、オーダーを受けてからひとつずつ石窯でごはんを炊き、スンドゥプが出来上がるまでの間、おかわり自由なおかずを食べ、グツグツしているスープに生卵を落とし、石窯に残ったおこげには、コーン茶を注いでおこげ茶漬けでいただくというもの。
まずは、おかずから。もやしナムル・胡瓜のキムチ・韓国海苔の3つ。むしゃむしゃつまんでいると、15分ちょっとでスンドゥブが到着。
辛さだけでなく、海鮮の旨みもあって美味しい。海鮮は、海老・牡蠣・イカ。辛さは2辛（普通の辛さ相当）を選択したが、しっかり辛く、汗も吹き出した。石窯のごはんがやや水っぽくて柔らかく、もう少し固めに炊いてあると好み。
スンドゥブを食べ終わる頃に、石窯に残ったおこげにコーン茶を注いでくれる。それにお塩をかけて、いただく。味は素朴なので、キムチを足すとちょうどいい感じに。最後にゆず茶のサービス付き。おかずが食べ放題なのが嬉しいポイント。このおかずだけでも、ごはんをペロリとイケそう。スンドゥブが食べたくなったら、また来よう。
