辛いものが食べたくなったのでふらりと。
スンドゥブ、韓国の料理としてリスペクトしているし嫌いでもなんでもないのですが、好んで食べることも無かったお料理というのが正直なところ。
そんな状態で標準の辛さの餃子スンドゥブをパクり…

とかとかの大量の情報が第九の音楽にのって脳内を駆け回る。
塩味が旨みを超えない絶妙な味の濃さ。
旨みが溶け出しまくったトロミあるスープ。
土鍋で親の仇のように煮込まれたはずなのに皮がモチモチの餃子と、しどけなく口の中でとろけ崩れる上品な豆腐の仁義なき戦い。
そして、1人では食べきれないのでご飯抜きにした自分をぶん殴りたい一方で、ビールを我慢できた自分の忍耐強さに最大限の賞賛を送ったりもして、ああ忙しいスンドゥブとの対話よ。
今度はご飯をアシストできる男子チームを連れて伺おうと思います。
