尾山台駅すぐの中華料理店。
町中華よりはちょっと敷居高め。
2Fもあります。
店頭で中華惣菜の販売もあります。
平日11:30の開店とほぼ同時に伺いましたが
12:00前の退店時には席待ちの方がいらっしゃいました。
酸辣湯麺(1,100円)をお願いしました。
10分かからず提供されました。
辛味はほぼないものの、絶妙な酸味とのバランス。
強めのとろみ。
お手本のような酸辣湯麺です。
具は、ササミ、卵、エノキ、椎茸、ネギなど。
卓上にある普通のお酢で酸味をUPしていただき、
後半は卓上の鹿児島の黒酢でコクをたして味変しました。
なお、卓上のオリジナル辣油はニンニクの風味が強いので、酸辣湯麺にはあわないかな。
