休日に予約して2人で訪問しました。2階のテーブル席を用意して頂きました。2階には座敷で大きな円卓の席があり、おもしろいです。
まず、焼餃子、春巻、ザーサイ、黒酢と黒糖酢豚、蒸し鶏ネギソースかけを注文しました。すぐに、全部提供されました。速いです。
ザーサイはピリ辛で、食感が良いです。
酢豚は、肉がとても柔らかくジューシーでおいしいです。らっきょうがはいってました。
焼餃子はふにゃっとしていますが、おいしいです。
春巻きは餡がずっしりと詰まっています。これもおいしいです。
麻婆豆腐はにんにくがとても多く使われています。テーブルに置いてあるラー油も、きざみニンニクがベースとなっていて、強烈な匂いがします。私の好みとしては、にんにくは控えめが良いです。
金目鯛ご飯は、淡白な金目鯛の味と、チャーハンの油の風味が良いです。
お酒を1杯ずつ飲んで、7千円弱でした。にんにくだけがちょっと苦手でしたが、メニュー数も多く、他にも食べたいものがたくさんあったので、また来たいです。
